In 2009, I embarked on a career in property management as a Property Manager. Over the past thirteen years, I have garnered extensive experience managing a diverse array of condominium corporations, encompassing residential, commercial, industrial, and standard condominiums.
In 2011, I completed four courses offered by The Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) to pursue the designation, Registered Condominium Manager (R.C.M.). I successfully passed the four courses which are Condominium Law, Physical Building Management, Financial Planning for Condominium Managers, and Condominium Administration and Human Relations.
I am holding a Registered General License under the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) since November 2017, and I possess excellent knowledge of the Condominium Act.
My profile consists of all kinds of Condominium Corporations, including residentials, commercials, industrials, common elements and landlords' properties. Beside management, I also attend propsoal presentations and interviews to obtain new sites.

I canceled a previous management proposed project that was projected to cost $1,500,000 by introducing a new method for only $100,000
